Membership Program Terms & Conditions:

• Full amount is to be used each month and cannot be accrued or carried over to next month/s

• All prices are inclusive of GST.

• Your membership cannot be changed in any way.

• A merchant account establishment fee of $7.70 will be charged in addition to your first payment, and 2.2% merchant fees (subject to change without notice) are included in your weekly or fortnightly payments.

• Your treatment schedule will be determined by your skin therapist during your first appointment and no changes can be made to the membership once commenced.

• Skin from Within reserves the right to temporarily suspend the user access to your Membership as a result of non-payment of your subscription.  Three months of non-payment will result in your membership being removed from the Sink From Within System. All credits owing from Skin from Within will only be credited to your account once full monthly or weekly payment has been successfully processed and received. 

• The full amount can be used to purchase treatments only.

• You will need to be 18 years or older and a permanent resident to Australia

• Memberships are non transferable and are not exchangeable for cash

• By submitting an application or payment for the membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

• The membership is void where prohibited by law and abuse of the membership, failure to follow any terms of the program, default on payment, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Skin From Within may subject members to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the membership program

• Payment transactions can take up to 4 days to appear on your bank statement depending on your banks procedures

• Membership credit cannot be given to or used by another person
