Memberships can be as long or as short as you want, and they fit into your budget as required. All you have to do is commit to the outcome and weekly, fortnight, or monthly payments over your preferred timeframe.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer this as an option as your payment schedule needs to be set up as a direct debit.

  • All your treatments are scheduled in advance during your first consultation, so you can be sure to fit them into your schedule.

    While we cannot roll over your unused treatments month-to-month, we can pause your membership if you are going away.

    This requires two weeks prior notice.

  • Joining is easy! Simply click here and complete the membership sign-up form. You’ll be contacted shortly after by one of our therapists to schedule your appointment and send through your personalised sign-up link for your bespoke membership payments.

  • All our memberships are bespoke, and inclusions will be outlined with your therapist based on your requirements and outcomes. There are also some really cool perks for members too. You can check them out here.

  • Each membership is based on how often you wish to come, what your desired outcome is and the time frame in which you wish to achieve it.

    This could be 12 weeks, 4 months, 13 months or endless. It is totally in your hands to customise the length of your membership and payment periods.

    NOTE: There is an initial time period for each membership that will be settled upon during your first consultation. This time period can not be changed and is contractual; to cancel your membership before the completion date, you will be liable for the entire amount.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, you must first finalise all outstanding amounts.

    Please note: all membership payments are final.

  • All our membership payments are arranged through Payleadr and can be set up to suit your budgetary requirements.

    If you would like to pay weekly, you can. Fortnightly or monthly are also options as well.

    An initial $6.60 set-up fee will be charged to your first payment, and merchant fees of 1.85% (excl GST) per transaction may apply.

    Your therapist will advise you of this at your consultation.

    A failed payment administration fee of $6.60 will be charged to you in the event of a dishonoured payment.

  • To secure your monthly membership, simply click here and fill out the application form with the details of the membership you would like and how you wish to pay (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), and we will contact you shortly after to send you your personalised sign-up link.

  • When purchasing or booking in the salon, we will happily apply your 15% off to applicable products, treatments and gift vouchers to your purchase.

    To redeem your 15% off on online product purchases and gift vouchers, you will need to use your monthly VIP codes, which will be emailed to you on a monthly basis.
